Cancellation and return policy

We want you to be delighted with the courses and books purchased from our online store. If, for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with the courses or books you have purchased, please contact us by email, and we will refund the value of your order.

You have the right to inform us of any course and/or book within 30 calendar days of its purchase, and you may request a refund. The amount returned in cash refers strictly to the cost of the exchange rate/books, excluding commissions.

Definitions for the purpose of the Cancellation and Return Policy:

  • Beneficiary = any person registered on the platform www.cvgstarconsulting.com by username (email) and password, who purchased courses or books,
  • Supplier = SC CVG STAR CONSULTING SRL, a legal entity registered under RC number J40 / 13232 / 20.07.2017 at the Trade Register, having a unique fiscal registration code CUI 38009830.

Cancellation and return policy:

  • The Provider has the following Cancellation Policy for services purchased by users:
  • The Beneficiary can opt for the cancellation of a sub-purchaser by making a cancellation request within 30 days from the date of purchase of the course session package and/or the book (s).
  • The cancellation request is made by email at cvgstarconsulting@gmail.com through which the refund can be requested,
  • To return the money, the Supplier will request the necessary data for this purpose (IBAN account, bank, Swift code, account holder, other information). If the BeneficiaryBeneficiary does not provide the requested data, the Provider will be unable to return the money.

The deadline for returning the accepted value for the return is 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Beneficiary’s data for the transfer of the amount.
