VICTOR GABRIEL CLATICI, General Manager of CVG STAR CONSULTING, who graduated in 1994 University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” – Bucharest, Romania, is a Dermatologist with over 20 years experience and Assistant Professor in Dermatology for almost ten years.
Victor Gabriel Clatici has contributed extensively to the world medical literature with publications appearing in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Dermatologic Therapy, Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, Maedica – A Journal Of Clinical Medicine, Etc.
Victor Gabriel Clatici published more than 70 articles, including in academic journals indexed by PubMed (the actual “Hall of Fame” of scholarly research). He presented over 500 presentations in both National and International Conferences and Congresses (including AMWC Monaco, IMCAS Paris, 5CC Barcelona), from Paris to Istanbul, from Monaco to Shenzen, Barcelona to Chicago, and Moscow to Samarkand.
Victor Gabriel Clatici has a particular interest in clinical research, skin aging, diet and dermatology, acne and rosacea, quality of life in dermatology, and high tech technology (laser, radiofrequency, IPL).
Victor Gabriel Clatici was both Principal Investigator and National Coordinator for clinical studies, multicenter national and international studies, and is Scientific Consultant for Multinational Companies and Member in Editorial Board of many academic journals.

Victor Gabriel Clatici was the first in The World who published about Butterfly Effect and Dermatology, and one of the first who presented reports at International Congresses about the connection between Dermatology and Personal Development, about the relationship between aggregation of marginal gains and Anti Aging Medicine, and the role of habits in chronic skin diseases.
Victor Gabriel Clatici was the first who wrote in the Romanian language about quality of life and psoriasis (2001) and vaccines for sexually transmitted infections (2002). Scientific articles in Venereology were about interactions between sexually transmitted infections and HIV, infections with Chlamydia Trachomatis, Herpes Simplex Virus, epidemiology of HPV infections, and use of microbicides for prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
In clinical research trials, Victor Gabriel Clatici was both Principal Investigator and National Coordinator in National and International Studies, with responsibilities in International Clinical Trials to develop new drugs.
Also, he was from 2014 to 2020 Editor In Chief of Romanian Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dermatology – RoJCED, open access, peer review, academic journal available both on print and online.
Author and speaker, the topics of the articles and presentations are skin cancer, aging, acne, rosacea, nutrition in dermatology, sexually transmitted infections, laser interventions, healthy lifestyle for skin and beauty, and prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment of skin diseases.
ELENA BARINOVA, Marketing Manager of CVG STAR CONSULTING, is a Dermatologist and Cosmetologist with over 15 years of practical experience in cosmetology using various products, development own personal methods, and techniques.
Elena Barinova has extensive experience as a Marketing Manager, trainer for injection and threads methods in cosmetology. Also, she is a speaker and author of training programs.
Elena Barinova as medical director, gained extensive experience describing and promoting cosmetology products on the market; writing materials for cosmetologists, presentation and training materials for companies; developing sales; creating and delivering training courses at internal conferences and other projects of the various companies. Also, she promoted new brands with active participation in the creation, testing, and development of new products.
